Shipping policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to Alister Artworks! We specialize in providing high-quality art and unique finds that inspire happiness and creativity. We appreciate your interest in our products and are committed to delivering them with care and efficiency.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed and send out within 10 - 14 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

3. Shipping Rates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking numbers.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

AlisterArtworks is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

AlisterArtworks is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us we will do our best to send you a gift as every item purchase is special and the only one. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. International Shipping Policy

We currently ship worldwide. Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location. International customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes.

8. Returns Policy
